- Our spaces have been reorganised so that you can enjoy them comfortably and leisurely; they include elements such us hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in case you need them. We also have face masks for those who request them.
- Our patio and vertical garden are as amazing and green as ever, ready to offer you that indescribable feeling of peace.
- Our rooms are equipped with all the necessary elements to welcome you, make you feel comfortable, allow you to rest and forget about everything else with total security.
Our operations include new procedures to avoid risks and unnecessary contacts, but making sure that you feel cared for and accompanied:
- Auto check-in on demand for those who want it.
- We have focused specifically on optimising our cleaning procedures, implementing the new recommendations and using disinfectants certified by government agencies, thus guaranteeing that the work is done properly.
- We have applied a specific pre-opening disinfection treatment to guarantee the security and wellbeing of our guests.
Breakfast:
- We have substituted the buffet with “The Kook Tray”. A new breakfast format, prepared with the same care, the same quality products and some sweet surprise.
- We have established time slots to comply with security distances and capacity limitations.
